bs?

bs? is our take on BS Poker (sometimes known as Liar's Poker). It's a bluffing card game where you deal out a few cards to a group, then you take turns trying to guess the better poker hand you can complete with everyone's cards. If you don't think a hand exists, you call BS on it.

There are a lot of house rules you can add. In our bs? we added a group voting system so everyone individually decides BS or not. We also keep track of a score depending on hand rarity and determine a winner after some rounds are done.

This final version is in a bit of a weird state. The itch.io release is an older build with a few patches. The latest in main has some issues with parts of the game loop. Long story short is rewriting stuff took a long time, and we couldn't get things fixed by the deadline.

bs? was made over a 3 day weekend. We used Godot and GDScript for the client an C# for the WebSockets server.
